REFUND

With each booking there is a $60 non-refundable deposit already worked into the base price. Cancel at least 3 days in advance to receive all but your deposit back. Once within 3 calendar days of your rental there is no refund.

Please note that you are always permitted to change the time/date of your rental to another available time-- Even within the 3-day window

Rental Agreement

Upon rental purchase, Cinema 502 will send a confirmation email/text with a rental agreement form. The form will state that the renter accepts responsibility for cleaning up after the event, ensuring all guests are aware of the rules and guidelines, enforcing our no smoking/vaping policy (inside the screen room, lobby, or back hallway).

It also states that the renter acknowledges Cinema 502 is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event, inside or outside the building. The renter assumes financial responsibility for any damage to the facility caused by the renting party. And that they are required to report any damage immediately to staff. The renter will keep themselves and all guests away from the speakers, film screen, and cinema office above. Cinema 502 is not responsible for injuries sustained in these areas, and the renter is liable for any damage. Cinema 502 is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
